Running any business in today’s climate is challenging. At TLC Inns the multiply awarding winning Pub /Restaurant operator we realise the importance of great suppliers. Kimbo have supplied us from our conception in 2006 and are a valued part of our operation. Never a problem always a solution and with suppliers such as Kimbo that’s great to have on board.

I have as a Group Buyer been dealing with Cafe Kimbo for many years and I am more then happy with the quality of the coffee and products supplied. The service levels and telesales are very professional and our orders are always accurate and delivered on time. The Cafe Kimbo Management go out of there way to set up Accounts/Train staff and educate so a great coffee is served every time.

Since October 2009 we have been delighted with the service and support that Kimbo UK has provided. We are delighted that we are able to offer Kimbo coffee to our customers as the feedback on the quality and taste is always fantastic. You would not believe the amount of customers who take time out to comment on how good or ask what brand of coffee we serve and where they can get it.

Our previous supplier had been taken over and had lost interest in our small group of restauarnts. Kimbo came along with a really postive attitude and great coffee. Besides getting our equipment up to scratch trained the staff. Our coffee is better and more consistent. Kimbo also offer on-going staff training and equipment adjustment as part of its overall package.

Last year, we made a decision that we thought we would never make here at Sparks Yard. We decided to move away from our existing coffee brand (Illy) for many reasons; primarily cost, market saturation and taste! This decision was not taken lightly but it was one that was helped by the involvement of the KIMBO brand...

We love Kimbo – the coffee, the people, the training, the equipment and the service. As a small, but growing independent chain of cafes, we were looking for a coffee partner that could not only provide great coffee and excellent service but that were going to go that extra mile for us.
